Umami wins $20m bluefin tuna contract
Umami Sustainable Seafood has announced Baja Aqua Farms of Mexico, of which it owns 33%, has executed sales agreements with Japanese buyers including a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlantis Group, the 62% shareholder of Umami, for a total of $20 million of bluefin tuna.

Cermaq achieves best quarter results ever
Norwegian-based salmon farming giant Cermaq has presented an EBIT pre fair value adjustment of NOK 502 million (€61.7 million/$87 million) for Q3 2010. Adjusted for gains on divestment, the EBIT was NOK 432 million (€53.1 million/$74.9 million) which is the best quarterly result Cermaq has ever achieved.
