To help dietitians better understand the health benefits of shrimp, debunk myths about its consumption, and highlight its various preparation methods, a new “Shrimp Nutritional Guide” has been launched by the Sustainable Shrimp Partnership (SSP) and the National Chamber of Aquaculture (CNA).
