Product Manager, BAADER
Andreas Tobey began his career in butchery at 16, mastering the processing of pork, cattle, and lamb in northern Germany (butcher certification, 2003). He furthered his skills by attending the 1st Bavarian Master School in Landshut (master butcher, 2007), exploring southern German recipes and methods. After working in meat and fish production in Norway, he pursued engineering studies in food technology in Lemgo (Ing. & B.Sc., 2017).
Tobey has since gained extensive experience in industrial fish and meat processing. His scientific approach, combined with deep knowledge of animal-based foods, chemistry, and physics, equips him to develop efficient solutions as a product manager at BAADER. Committed to maximizing resource utilization, he favors practical, realistic approaches, while balancing his professional role with his life as a father, family man, and part-time farmer.
