OLSPS is the developer of the Olrac Fisheries Data Management System, which consist of an on-board unit for capturing and reporting all commercial fishing data. The on-board unit can submit data and report in real-time or post-event to a web-based fleet management system. The Olrac system can be customised to the needs of any client, fishing method, or fisheries compliance requirement, which has resulted in the system being used daily on 100s of commercial fishing vessels of various sizes in many fisheries around the world,

The flexibility of the Olrac solution as a cross-platform application (Android and iOS, mobile and tablet units and Window-based desktops) has also allowed OLSPS to participate in many scientific and observer programmes requiring data and insight relevant and/or related to commercial fishing operations

OLSPS also specializes in the development and implementation of sophisticated quantitative and predictive analytic software tools for fisheries management and other commercial sectors. Some of these are included in the Olrac application as add-on utilities, allowing users to optimise their operations using their own historical data.
