It is in Vónin's genes to think innovation. As early as in 1977 Vónin built the first privately owned test tank for testing model trawls. These early thoughts on developing existing and new trawls has resulted that innovation has become a integrated part of Vónin's staff.
Today Vónin has a research and devoloping department, which frequently introduces new products both for the fishing and aquaculture industry. Vónin research and developing department uses state of the art equipment in the developing process, but probably the most important factor is the daily contact with clients, which gives Vónin the nessesary feedback and experience.
From a humble background in 1969, when Vónin was established, Vónin is today a premier supplier to fishing and aquaculture industry with branches in the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Canada, Denmark and Norway.
Vónin will be attending the Icelandic Fishing Exhibition and are exited to introduce new products to the Icelandic market.
