Focusing on intelligent portioning solutions, the Borncut Portioning Machines complement the Uni-Food Technic’s filleting, slicing and portioning lines. Built on the pioneering technology of the first portion cutters, the machines offer flexible, high-speed precision cutting, ideal for whitefish and salmon portioning. 

“This partnership is another step in expanding our market presence and bringing what we believe is simply the best portioner on the market to Icelandic customers,” said Sven Bækhoj Jensen, Sales Director of Borncut. “This machine was designed and made in Bornholm Denmark by the same people who made the world’s first portion cutter and also helped design the portioner sold by Marel.”
